How many flashcards do you need?
You'll easily make 50 to 100 cards per subject. With 5 or 6 subjects, one test week is around 500 cards, and a school year usually has 3 or 4 test weeks. The more you take, the lower the price per card.

How many flashcards do I need?
You'll easily make 50 to 100 cards per subject. For one subject or a single test, 100 cards is enough. A test week with 5 or 6 subjects is around 500 cards, two test weeks about 1000, and a whole school year (usually 3 or 4 test weeks) 2500. For teachers, tutoring centres and schools, 2500 or 5000 cards are handy.
What is the difference between flashcards, study cards and index cards?
Nothing. They are different names for cards of 7.4 x 10.5 cm on which you write the question and answer yourself. The difference is in the quality: Scholis flashcards are extra sturdy (250 gsm) and coloured, so you can sort them by subject.
How do I use flashcards with the Leitner system?
Write the question on the front and the answer on the back. Test yourself and move the cards you knew well to the next pile, and the cards you got wrong to the first. That way you spend most of your time on what you don't know yet.
Which pens and highlighters can I use?
You can write on both sides with a ballpoint pen, fineliner and highlighter. Thanks to the thick paper, nothing bleeds through.
Which colours are in my order?
Each box contains 8 packs in 8 different pastel colours. The colours are put together at random and you never get two packs in the same colour.
How many cards are in a pack?
About 63 flashcards per pack, with 8 packs in a box.
What size are they?
A7: 7.4 x 10.5 cm. Fits in a pencil case, bag or pocket.
When will my flashcards arrive?
We ship with PostNL from the Netherlands. Orders are processed within two working days; delivery time depends on the country. Shipping is free on orders from €50.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. Contact our customer service and we'll arrange the return.
